A Few Words from Kyle

 

I’ve had the opportunity to talk to many of you about how I came to be an acupuncturist, and perhaps even more of you have read the story here on the website. In large part, my experiences with Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, and specifically, SiFu Steve Kleppe, helped me understand how the human body can maintain, and heal, itself.

 

Recently, SiFu and I had the opportunity to contribute to an article about integrative resources for health and healing. Practices such as meditation, qigong, exercise and acupuncture are excellent ways for us to live a longer, healthier, happier life.
